You will be guided through a short self-compassion meditation, learn how to shift from an empathetic mindset to one rooted in compassion, and leave with a greater sense of empowerment and control to better deal with difficult situations.

Sheela Ivlev is a South Asian occupational therapist born and raised in San Francisco who understands health and wellness from diverse perspectives and values the connection of culture, community, and healing. She became a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional to incorporate traditional and holistic methods with her clinical education and training.
